Welcome to Mangga Lodge. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Reservations & Payment
- A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Mangga Lodge.
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due at check-in or as agreed.
- Quoted prices include taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 14:00 (WITA / Central Indonesia Time).
- Check-out: By 12:00 (WITA) at the latest.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present valid identification (ID card/Passport) upon check-in.
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days before arrival: Full deposit refund.
- 3–7 days before arrival: 50% deposit refund.
- Less than 3 days / No-show: Deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email.
4. Property Rules
- Smoking is prohibited inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00 (WITA).
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Use of shared facilities such as the pool and common areas must comply with posted rules.
5. Liability
Mangga Lodge is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.
- Injuries resulting from guests' own negligence.
- Service changes caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
6. Privacy
The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
